With the strong heritage and commitment to the community in ASEAN, GT Radial tyres has been named the Official Tyre of the AFF Suzuki Cup 2012. The biennial tournament, accredited by FIFA, is organized by the ASEAN Football Federation, where the top eight national teams in Southeast Asia will come together and compete for the crown of being the best football nation in its region.
Malaysia and Thailand have been chosen as the co-host for the group stages of the 2012 tournament. There will be six matches to be played in each venue with the top two teams from each group advancing into the Semi-finals. Both the Semi-finals and Finals will be played on a home and away basis.
From 19th to 29th of November, fans who are keen to catch the live matches in Malaysia will have the chance to win free tickets through the GT Radial Malaysia Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/gtradial.malaysia). There are ten pairs of Grandstand tickets to be won for every match.
During the competition, GT Radial tyres will showcase their latest products in each venue, providing useful tyre information and professional advice on tyre maintenance. Fans will have the chance to learn the safety aspects of tyres and understand the type of tyres available to best suit their needs.
In order to allow football fans to "Experience the Performance" of GT Radial tyres, two brand new set of GT Radial tyres will be up for grabs in a photo contest during the tournament period. Details will be posted on GT Radial Malaysia Facebook page from 19th November at http://www.facebook.com/gtradial.malaysia, or visit the GT Radial booth on any match day.
